Chlamydia Question

Ok, SO My Girlfriend gave me chlamydia. We went to the Doctors And they said we couldnt have sex for a week while taking the medication. ( 7 days) And when we were done with our medication on the seventh day I wanted to have sex but we didnt. We Decided TO wait till the next night just to be completly sure that we were in the clear.
Well We Had Sex that next evening and IT wasnt immidiatly after we hade made love but it was like the next day or somethin, but I Went to go to the bathroom to pee. and I had this burning sensation. I dont think I have chlamydia again( I hope not) but The sentation isnt the same as it was before. I was wondering if anybody could possibly know what is goin on and if its normal. It almost feels like its bruised in the inside of my penis but Idk. I just Dont know. I was also tested for gonoreah and that test Came up as a negative. ANy answeres anybody
