Chlamydia Testing and UTI Medication

Can UTI antibiotics or a UTI cause a false negative for a Chlamydia urine test?

Antibiotics could possibly cure chlamydia, so it is not really a false positive.

But medication for a urinary tract infection would not cure chlamydia, I am asking if while taking this medication and getting a chlamydia urine test, the results could say one does not have chlamydia when they really do

Any medication has the potential to cure something else. So while it is not likely it is still possible. So if it did then you would have no worry, if it didn't then your test should be accurate.
