Chlamydia Transmission

by BFGoody, May 29, 2008 04:49PM
If I, a male, had received unprotected oral sex from a female infected with Chlamydia, could I also get the disease? Also, is there a known or estimated duration time for sexual intercourse that can result in chlamydial transmission. That is to say that if there was extremely brief unprotected insertion of just the tip of the penis, is chlamydial contraction likely/unlikely/indifferent?

You cannot get chlamydia from oral sex - however, gonorrhea is possible.  Brief unprotected insertion of the penis can be enough to transmit chlamydia, but probably not very likely due to the brief exposure.  However, the only way to know is to get tested.
Good luck,
Em
