Chlamydia for 4 months ?

Hi, I had  some  symptoms of chlamydia  back in  late june and  went  to doctor  and  he  checked my Urine  with regular dip test and  found Nitrogen {sign of bacteria}  and gave me Ciproflaxacin . and ask me to come back for  the other tests including blood and urine  3 days later  which i did and  all  the  tests came back negative. I  have been having this problem  ever since  , sometime i get cramps in my upper body ehivh are extremely painful . My doctor  suggests that since  all  the tests came back negative  so  no further testing is needed and  has reffered me  to  a Urologist . I have  taken  Cipro for  almost a month  and  i  also  went  to  see  a natural  medicine  doctor  but  to no effect .My symptoms are extremely hot Genitals and  surrounding area , pain and irritation and  exhaustion .
One thing  to remind is  that all  tests were done  three days  after i started taking Cipro.Discharge has occurred mostly  during bowl movement when i try to push it  out . However pain & discomfort stays with me all day.
1-are these symptoms of  any STD or  something else?
2-How much damage it mught  have  caused  me during 4 months  if  so ?

You tested negative and none of your symptoms are characteristic of chlamydia. Followup with a urologist is best.
