Chlamydia infection?

Hi, I am male 33. I was diagnosed with Chlamydia (Penis fluid test) infection 3 months ago and was under Doxcycline for a week. I have sex with this this new girl only after the treatment. 3 months later, the symptoms came back (itchy uretha and anus, frequent urination and a litte bit of burning sensation especially morning).

We went for test and she was diagnosed with Chlamydia infection (although no symptom). They took my secrement and tested and could not find Chlamydia but found many white cells fighting on something. They took my blood to test on antibody but they said the antibody was not acute. There was an event, where my sperm turned different colour. It was green/orange (like mucus) and clear fluid. I freak up and my sex drive is going down.

What could I have catch?

It sounds as if you had chlamydia a few months ago, and then met someone else who has it.  I don't know how long you waited to test after you had sex with her, but it might have been too soon.  Did you get treatment anyway?  You should have.

And start using condoms if you aren't going to test with your partners before having sex.

I had treatment before I have sex with the new one. She might have got infected from mine or she herself might have been infected from another guy (dont know)

We were together for approx. 3 months and the symptom came back. I went to doctor and they could not find anything at my penis. They took blood test and here is the result

Chlamydia trachomatis IgG   2. 7 (positive)
Chlamydia trachomatis IgA   0.6 (negatize)

any clue what does it means?

Blood tests are not accurate ways to find active chlamydia infections.  You need to have a urine or swab test to accurately detect an active chlamydia infection.
