Chlamydia or Yeast infection

Me and my boyfriend has been together for 3 yrs. he has cheated on me once we broke up and got back together later. Month after getting back together i become pregnant. I have had STD testings since we got back together during and after pregnancy. 2 weeks ago I went to my gyn-ob and was told i have chlamydia. How is this possible if i haven't cheated and I know for a fact he hasn't cheated since that one time. Could it be that i was misdiagnosed and just have a yeast infection cause i am prone to having those.

I have seen a higher number of false positive chlamydia tests when done with a pap. So this could be a false positive. If you have not medicated then have a urine test and have bf test also.
