. I would bet my life she has never cheated and I hadnt until that night. Temporarily we live a couple hours away from each other. I went to visit her on May 22nd. She had just gotten off her period that day. We try to have sex
on May 7th afterward she felt sorta itchy, but did not tell me thinking she might
However I just discovered that even if I had gotten infected it my immune system could have cleared it by a few weeks later and I could have a negative test but still given it to her? Is this correct? is the window here too soon for this to occur? What I want to know is if I go get tested for chlamydia and gonnerhea and they come back negative, how likely is it that she doesnt have it either?
She is still under impression that the pain is symptom of a yeast infection she didnt treat. So this could be the reason. I think she might have just begun treating it not sure how she is responding if she is or if the pain has gone away. She only noticed pain when first being penetrated. Im scared to bring it up.
She tells me the last time we had sex on May 7th afterward she felt sorta itchy, but did not tell me thinking she might have a yeast infection. She did not treat it and thought it would just clear up. The itchyness did clear up and she just forgot about it. Until now. The next day we try to recreate the pain and figure out it is coming from the lower part of her vulva around the bottom of her vaginal entrance. I look online and see that chlamydia and gonnorhea (Gonorrhea) are often asymptomatic and become anxious. I have never ad any symptoms and plan on getting tested in the next day or so.
Once you get an std, you have the potential of passing it on to a partner if you have unprotected sex. Testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea is conclusive at 7 days after exposure. So, you would be able to trust the result. It is also possible she has trichomonas. That will cause pain during intercourse. It is difficult to detect in men. You both should just go and get a full std panel to be sure.
What i was asking is if after 3weeks since possible exposure, how likely would it be my immune system has cleared any possible infection I might of had. So if I go get tested saying and it comes back negative, how likely is it I was always negative.
If you have an std like chlamydia or gonorrhea, it is NOT likely AT ALL to clear up on its own in 3 weeks. It is said that it is POSSIBLE (not proven) for chlamydia/gonorrhea to clear up on its own in time...but they are talking months or longer. Personally, I do not think either one clears up on its own.
