Chlamydia or something more serious?

My current symptoms have been...
Bladder/lower abdominal pain
Chest pain
Right side Neck pain
Right knee pain
Confusion (maybe its me just worrying)
Tiredness
Sleepy eyes
Hard to start peeing
Occasionaly urinating frequently.
Dribbling from weak stream...
Small amount of semen
Slight testicle pain

I am going to the doctors in 2 days.
Had chlamydia 4-5 months ago. I was "cured"
Been with same girl ever since.
Unless we passed it back and fourth... Because it was never actually gone I am not sure
What is going on.
Lately within the last week or two these symptoms came up.

Best to follow up with your Doctors. Really , none of your symptoms can be related to a Chlamydia infection. Take care.
