Chlamydia treatment

Hi.  I've just been diagnosed with a bacterial urinary infection, but it's not clear what kind of infection it is.  I think it could be chlamydia or a similar bacterial STD because a couple of weeks ago I received unprotected oral sex from a sex worker.  
My doctor gave me 6 tablets of azithromycin, 250mg.  He told me to take two tomorrow, and one each day for four days.  

Now, I have two questions:  
1.  What are the chances of getting chlamydia from oral sex?
2. Is this treatment the right one to get rid of a possible chlamydia infection?
