Chronic UTIS or Chlamydia?

I am a married woman, being exlusively faithful to one man for 18 years.  In the last year I have been having frequent UTIs, about 6 in a year.  I will soon have a urology appointment.  I never get chacked for stds because I assume we are both faithful.  Could I have Chlamydia?  If so, would there be any other ways to get it other than he being unfaithful?  He was unfaithful once in our first yr together. I would imagine since I have 3 kids I would have been checked while pregnant.

You have probably been checked when you were pregnant, as its standard in most places.

If its chlamydia, he'd have to have been unfaithful.

I wouldn't think that yet - I'd wonder if they are actually finding bacteria in your urine, or just blood.  Google interstitial cystitis and see if that fits.
