Could I have passed Chlamydia onto my child?

My partner and I have just been diagnosed with this infection and are now both taking medication. I have a 2 year old son who was delivered by C-section by my current partner. Is there anyway that my son could now have the infection from birth, sharing cutlery, putting hes dummy in my mouth before into hes etc? How can I be sure...plzzz help

Chlamydia is a SEXUALLY transmitted disease.

I know that, but I also read it can be spread from eye to eye so I assumed that it could be spread from saliva as well.

If it can be caught from oral sex, that means the mouth is infected right? Then I exchange saliva with someone else...or does it not work like that?
