For the last month I have had penile discharge I  have had 4  cultures and 3 urine tests I was also tested for NSU all test came back negative. It is white the same as seman in the morning and is clear through out the day I am extreamly worried as all my test have been negative can you please give me an idea of what else could cause these problems.

I have also had to 2 shorts of antiboitics and completed a course of doxycycline

I think its time to see a urologist, and do some further testing.  You might try posting in urology as well.
