Discharge

I have been in a relationship with a girl for about a year and a half, we have only had sex twice and both times were protected.  There was no contact between us before the condom was on.  Now about 3 weeks later I occasionally have an itch in the tip of my penis in the urethra, as well as a very small amount of white discharge.  I also play ice hockey and I had worn my jock strap when it had still been wet with sweat from a few days before (disgusting) could I have gotten something from my jock? I know that many types of bacteria can linger in my gear.
