Do I have chlamydia

Almost 2 years ago I performed oral sex on another man. I was tested about a month afterwards for all STDs and was negative. over the past year I've had recurring UTIs, which are a few months apart. I have had UTIs in the past, but not as frequently as I am now. My question is would I get these symptoms from getting chlamydia orally and could I have gotten a false negative at about a month after sexual contact? This was the only person I was sexually involved with.

If you had oral chlamydia which is very rare you would have to have a throat swab. And the infection stays in your throat. Would have nothing to do with the gential (genital) region.
