Does Rectal Chlamydia transmit through penis?

Thank you for reading my questions and likely forthcoming answers. I am 30 years old bisexual guy. I was tested rectal chlamydia positive today (23 April 2010). I gave the test a weeka ago. I am very worried  about my female partner's health. So I have the following questions.

1. Does rectal chlamydia transmit from man to woman via penis-female genital penetrative entercourse? I do not cume inside and usually wear condom before I ejaculate.

2. Does rectal chlamydia transmit through get fingered?

I had my first anal penetrative sex without condom in 2-3 times 6-7 months back  with same guy hoping he was clear and I trusted him. He did not cume inside. So I do not think any other reasons that I could have get rectal chlamydia. However, I had got fingered 2.5 months back.

The answer is no to both questions. You cannot get chlamydia nor any other std from fingering. And unless you can make your own penis reach your anus, you cannot get chlamydia in your penis if you got it rectally.

thank you for your answer. I started my 3 week  treatment with doxycyline to take 2 capsuls 100mg a day.  By the way, can I drink alcohol during this treatment?
