I recently had unprotected intercourse with a CSW and am concerned about chlamydia now as I have been experiencing some minor tenderness in my groin area;l however, I don't have any other symptoms I've read are associated with chlamydia (discharge from the penis, pain urinating, etc). I realize this may be caused by other conditions but I have a prescription for 100mg doxycycline that was from an acne outbreak a while back. The medicine hasn't expired and I've read on the CDC site that 100mg 2x daily for 7 - 10 days can treat chlamydia. I am now on day 6 and plan to go to 10 days. My question is when should I notice the tenderness going away from my groin?
