I Am currently a student at blue coat 6th form college and i am doing a health and social care portfolio that needs me to compare a communicable disease with a non communicable disease. i was woundering why chlamdia cause abdonimal pain, and vagianl discharge and finally pain when urinating.

It is the way chlamydia works.  The germ gets into the reproductive and urinary tracts and causes pain.
