Everythings going Wrong

Umm... in July I had sex for the second time and it was like the first time it hurt and I was bleeding. Then a week after I had sex I went to the doctor and took a overall blood test everything was good EXCEPT i had Hepititic C. a week after finding out that I had Hepititic C my arm started scratching me like crazy and little bumps the colour of my skin. I kept scratchin it until it turned to black bumps that made my skin feel really rough i went to my doctor who sent me to a skin specialist that told me I had Planus Linchen she told me she didnt know where it comes from and that theres no real treatment for it but a variety of things may help it go away. She put me on some steriods and it went away in a few weeks. After my second time of having sex I also had a weird vaginal discharge at first it was like a cottage cheese that smelt fishy i told my doctor and he told me to use canesten it stoped itching and it the discharged came out liquid with a cloudy colour and it started to smell like beer/ yeast. i havent told my doctor about it yet cause im really scared that it might be something really bad. Well today after my shower i noticed a water bump by my waist i burst it and it turned really red i looked on my leg and there were about 3 red marks in a circular shape on my leg I was wondering what they possibly could be. I also was wondering if my vaginal discharge could be from the sex that i had because after I had sex that day i did get abdominal pain and part of my vagina does hurt. Oh and the first time i had sex i was about 10 or so i was raped my doctor said thats were i might of gotten hepitic C from. is it true hepititic C takes a few years to show up?
