Form of Chlamydia in men?

I know that I have been diagnosed as having chlamydia in the past.  Is it possible to transfer chlamydia to men?  My boyfriend and I were having intercourse the other night when after roughly 5 minutes, he felt discomfort on his genitals and then notices 3 small red sores on his penis instantly.  Without insurance, he is unsure what to do.  I didn't know if this is possible to transfer to men or if this is something entirely different.

Yes, you can give chlamydia to men, and if your sex partners are men, then you got it from a man in the first place.

If you were treated though, you don't have it anymore, and therefore can't give it to anyone.

These aren't symptoms of chlamydia, and he should be checked out.  If you are in the US, he can go to an std clinic or Planned Parenthood.  Canada also has STD clinics, and the UK has GUM clinics.
