HELP when will symtoms(symptoms) get better!?

i recently started having intense pain while urinating so i went in and was given 4 tablets of azithromyacin. i think they think i have chlamydia but i wont get the test result until friday. i took the tablets monday around 5pm. its now wednesday at 1030am. i dont feel any better and its very painful to urinate still. can anyone tell me how soon after taking the medicine i will feel better? im so stressed out about this thinking what if it is some other cause and its getting worse i dont even know what to think i just know that i hate going to the bathroom now. any advice would be helpful asap
