I was diagnosed with Chlamydia and immediately took azythromicin. I then had protected sex the night after taking the medication with my partner who had not been treated, is there any reason I should take the medication again?

No, but I'd test a month after your treatment to make sure its gone.  You are probably fine, but since you had sex, even protected, with someone who was infected, you'll want to make sure.

It would be a good idea to refrain from sex with this person until they get treated.
