I had chlamydia and its gone now but I still have a funny odor.

My boyfriend cheated on me and gave me chlamydia. I went to the gynecologist to get it checked out and they prescribed medicine for it. Its gone now but there is still a bad odor. Its not as bad as it was when I had chlamydia but its definitely not normal. What could the problem be and what can I do about it?
