I have a itchy penis and skin comes of

hello I have had this before but lost the cream, last time I had it I went to the doctors and he said it was a fungi or somethign like that he gave me a cream and it went away in like 3 days, I dont know what the cream was called if you can tell me it would really help thank you. The condition is itchy penis and a little red bits of like white dead skin come of and its a little sore.

You really should consult a doctor.  You want to make sure you treat this properly so you don't create more problems by using a cream that may not be helpful to you.
