I have pressure in my bladder...

I have pressure in my bladder and I had to go to the bathroom many times last night...but didn't pee much each time.  I had sex about 5 days ago for the first time in awhile.  I currently have no discharge, but feel a tingle now a then in my the urethra in my penis.  Could symptoms show up in 4 days?  I have had this feeling before and was given Cipro for a bladder infection.  I had a swab done after on the Cipro for 4 days.  Could Cipro have interfered with the swab test for Gonnoreha and Chlamydia? and I thought I didn't have it and did?  She is going to get a urine test for Gon. and Chlamydia, are those urine tests accurate?

This could be an std, a urinary tract infection, etc.  And yes, the cipro could have interfered with the testing.

You need to wait 2 weeks after your last pill and then test.  Urine tests are very accurate.

Do the urine tests have to be first-catch urine?

Not first catch of the day, but the first part of the urine stream is best.  You should also wait at least an hour from your last urination to give a sample.
