I tested negative him positive

I recently tested positive for chlamydia while having a misscarrige.My partner tested negative.I have only been with 1 other person in 1 1/2 year time.Iv'e suspected infidelity but now since I tested positive and him negative he says I had to get it from someone who test positive?We sleep together unprotected everyday and used protecion with other partner could he have gaveit to me and still tested negative?

One of you had a false result. Only way to tell is to test again...and make sure you see the results for yourself if you didn't this time.
