Info about chlamydia

Hello doctor

I want to ask question

I went to my doctor for chlamydia test
Exact test was nit available for chlamydia in my city.
He ordered me "semen and urine culture" which both came negative no bacteria found.
Also blood test taken in that RBC count was seen, result-normal in range.

He said that u had no chlamydia,is it right by seeing above results.

If the test was negative then it was negative.
