Is it chlamydia or something else

Hello mii names tyler and I went to the hospital because my stomach was hurting and I hear it growling all the time and I have diarrea (diarrhea) also. My testicles hurt from time to time and my penis gets irritated like the in the urethra area. I went to the hospital 3 weeks ago and the doctors said I had chlamydia and trichamonas they treated me but my symptoms came back I want to know why they came back because I am very worried abought my health.
