Is it possible for cancer of the cerix to be mistaken for Chlamydia?

Ok so my ex came back to me told me she was pregnant about a month after the last time we had sex. During one of her pregnancy tests they check for everything right? So my ex ends up giving me a note from her doctor saying I need to get tested for Chlamydia. I got tested and didn't have it. When I called her and told her this, she told me that her doctor had called her that day and told her she didn't have it either, but some cancer cells in her cervix were mistaken for Chlamydia. Is it possible for cancer to be mistaken for Chlamydia???

No.  Its also not likely that she shas cancer cells, but more likely precancerous cells on an abnormal pap.

I'm wondering though, if her doc thought she MIGHT have chlamydia based on symptoms, then changed that when the test results came back.

That would make more sense.
