Is it possible that I had a mis test?

I recently given birth to a healthy baby and on my six weeks check up i had a pap smear and a abnormal pap smear done due to the previous abnormal pap smear i had in july when i was three months pregnant. At that time i was tested negative for chlamydia but had an abnormal pap smear. And when i went to get my six weeks pap smear done after giving birth i tested positive for chlamydia. How is that possible when i hadn't had sex or any sexual activity after giving birth and during pregnancy i was only with my husband. We been together for a year before me getting pregnant and neither of us had cheated on each other since so how is it possible for me to have tested positive now and my husband got checked twice and tested negative. Is there any explanation or was it a mis test. What can i do about it because i had already taken the antibiotics for it so i can't get checked again. It just doesn't make any sense. Please tell me what you think.

Since you have already taken antibiotics not much can be done. Chances are it was a false positive, but your husband should test also.
