Is it possible to have Chlamydia for around 2 years or have I been cheated on?

The answer to your first question is possibly but very unlikely. The answer to your secound question is I have no clue.

Since your female, I will tell you (assuming your partner is male) that #1 if your partner had chlamydia he would have eventually had symptoms within the first year that something was wrong.  It may be asymptomatic but it will rear it's head eventually.  It did for me after 4 months.  Also, chlamydia causes Pelvic Inflammatory Disease in women when left untreated which you would have by now after 2 years and it is very painful and causes much damage to your reproductive system.  I'm guessing you were cheated on.

If you were recently diagnosed with chlamydia, you should re-test.  Your partner needs to test also (this will tell help in answering if indeed he infected you).   Importantly both of you need treatment.
