Me n my boyfriend have been together a year and two going to b 3 may 9th I ended up getting chlamydia but he swears up and down he hasn't been with anyone else since he's been with me I just want to know how I could have gotten it if we both have been so called in a "faithful" relationship relationship? and my 2nd question how long can a women have chlamydia before she the STD does any scaring to her reproductive system

Women can have chlamydia with no symptoms for 18-24 months. So this does not mean he cheated. Is it possible he cheated, sure but since you could have had it this long with no symptoms it is possible that he did not cheat. Has he tested?

As for the second question, it can range. If you have had no pain or anything like that I would guess everything is ok.
