Just not Sure

Hello,
for the past 2 years I have have on off symptoms, which I belive to be related to chlamydia. I have been tested 3 times and all 3 came back negative. The main symptom I have taken notice to was a white substance in my urine. In detail, I would urinate and white substance would come out with urination, making my urine cloudy. When I told my doctor, he said it is probally semen. In more recent problems, slight pain in testicles have caught my attention, paranoia may play a factor, but wouldn't last two years. Any thoughts? thank you
