Mucus while urinating

Hi,

I'm a 25 years old male.

Sometimes when I go to the toilet I notice mucus when urinating.
This happens now and then (once or twice a month).

I only notice it when I constipating.
For example when I first urinate and in second instance defecate, the discharge comes out (not always).

It's not much. It looks like white/cloudy, thick mucus. It doesn't smell.
Not exactly semen. But certainly not urine.

I have NO other discharge. No stain in my underwear.
Even when I try to milk my penis, nothing comes out.

My urine is often cloudy. My doctor said this is normal. He didn't saw white bloods cells in my urine when looked up under the microscope. I did the "phosporisation" test with vinegar and my urine cleared up.

3-4 months ago I twice felt a burning sensation while urinating.

Am I having an STD like chlamydia? I'm really worried about this.

I read that the mean symptom of chlamydia is discharge. But I do not find a further explanation of the kind of discharge. Is this like the symptoms I'm describing?

A discharge from chlamydia or any other std would be continuous.  It does not come and go.

What about the fact my urine is almost every day cloudy?

When I add a drop of vinegar it clears up.

But again, no discharge.

If you are concerned, then you need to go back to the doctor or find a new one.  It is doubtful you have chlamydia.  By  now you would have other constant symptoms.  But I am not a doctor and I cannot test you.
