I would question your relationship, you don't need to get STDs because someone can't be faithful to you. That is suppose to be one of the best things about relationships.
But any how, I would wait for your results, both yours and his. Make sure you see his results, if you both have chlamydia then I would assume he cheated on you. If you are both Neg. for Chlamydia and He just has NGU then that could have come from you as NGU is a form of bacteria that men can get from oral sex.... Also she should have treated you for it as well to ensure you don't have it and give it back to him. Anything your partner has you might as well say you have it too unless your protected with a condom.
I'm sorry you have to go through this, I would advise you both getting tested for other STDS to know your status, if he has been sleeping around without protection you both could have other STDS.
