Neg. chlamydia test, symptoms returned

About a month and a half ago I experienced symptoms matching chlamydia about 5 days after having unprotected sex with two women. (I described the following to the doctor and he agreed: irritation and blue-ish crusting at tip of penis that after 2 weeks or so turned into a creamy discharge in the morning) I received the swab test. Before knowing the results, I asked for the azithromycin (sp?) and took it. The test returned negative, but the anti-bio's cleared it up completely for about 2 1/2 weeks.

About 2 weeks after that, the symptoms returned - much more slightly. There is slight irritation while urinating and very mild blue-ish crusting returning at the tip every so often. I am worried that this will escalate.

What the heck is going on?

What the heck is that you need to be tested. Could be gonorrhea.
