Notice discharge

Hi, iv had unprotected sex twice in the last few months. I started to get an itchy penis which my doc told me wasnt chlamydia, but im started to get worried if iv had discharge and not noticed it. Sometimes i feel like a liquid is coming out my penis but when i check it isnt there, how noticiable is discharge and what does it look like??

The discharge would be fairly noticable, and you might have some stuff on your underwear from it.  The thing is, though, that not everyone would get a discharge from it.

Did you test for it, or was the doc saying that based on your symptoms?  The only way to know for sure if you have it or not is to test.

If its not chlamydia, what does he think it is?

Yeah i had little white marks on my underwear i would find which made me suspicious but then again if it is discharge it isnt that noticiable really, just moist underneath the foreskin. Iv got an appointment with my doctor on wednesday so ill request a test to see if i have got chlamydia. Im not 100% certain it may just be me worrying but its best to be sure i guess. Ill update you!!

Oh yes and the doctor simply said that she though i might have had sex with a girl who had thrush and that may have caused the itchy penis.

That's possible, but you still need to be checked.  If you have unprotected sex, its a good idea to get tested routinely, as you can have any number of stds and not know it.
