One time brown discarge and painful urination

Hello,

I had sex with a woman.  I used a condom for penetration, but was heavy into foreplay and might have gotten some  vaginal fluid on my penis.  12 days later I woke up in the middle of the night and had to pee.  When I urinated I had a brown almost bloody explosive pee that hurt. The next morning and since then for 10 days no pain and no discharge.  Could it be an std like chlamydia?  I am getting tested for Chlamydia and Gonneria or an NGU?

It could be, but symptoms of stds are consistent.  They wouldn't just disappear like that.

Also, you used a condom which greatly reduces your risk, so test if you want to, but I wouldn't suspect an std.  If you are sexually active, its always a good idea to test.
