It could mean that you have PID, or pelvic inflammatory disease.  This is when the infection you have has spread to the other organs in your pelvic area.  

It is VERY important that you take whatever meds you were given, and take them as prescribed, and make sure you finish them.  PID can lead to infertility and chronic pain if its not treated.

If they gave you meds for 2 weeks, then its also important that you not have sex during that time.  I know I said 7 days in the other thread, but since you have PID, you need to wait that 2 weeks.  I would personally avoid all sexual contact during that time, and not even risk it with condoms.  My guess is that sex would be painful now anyway, and you do NOT want to risk becoming re-infected with chlamydia.
