Please help!!!

For the first 10 months of my relationship sexually everything was great but it was only after this time i started to get a lot of discharge..now when i say a lot i mean it..the discharge is watery and builds up so much we cant even feel intercourse and have no choice but to stop..if i stand up after it always gushes out and i have to wear a pad all day..even if there is no stimulation at all it still does this..could this be chlamydia??..please help!!

It could be several things, best advice is to see a Dr. Don't want to narrow it down and say a STD because discharge can be a symptom of several things.
