Positive Igm

I I recently got tested for Chlamydia Trachomatis Igm came bcd positive 10.39 it says less than 10 is normal. My question is - is the blood test reliable? I am only offered a blood test here (Viet Nam), The background is that I am in a monogamous relationship however on the 24th We had an encounter with another man, there was no penetration, just oral sex (performed and received). I also stupidly sat on his stomach area and came into contact with semen (i doubt that could give me serious std's correct?)

I was tested on the 27th for Chlamydia, Syphillis (syphilis), Herpes, and HIV only Chlamydia came back positive as mentioned earlier. My previous test about a year ago was also negative. I read the Igm meant long term infection, is that reliable? or is it more likely to have come from my recent encounter?

No blood test is not reliable. See if you can have a swab test.
