Possible Chlamydia

I have been in a realationship with my bf for 4 years and have been faithful 100%.  Last month I kicked him out of the house as he was sending sexy emails to my friends trying to meet up with her for sex. She told me and although nothing physically happened I gave him a second chance.  We have a 8 month baby together.  Today I was at the Doctors who told me I have a possible Chlamydia infection and have to be tested in the morning.  My head is in overdrive! I am afraid he has cheated (even though he swore blind he never slept or kissed anyone) and given me something.  Or is it possible that I have had this before I met him?  I keep reading some ppl saying "it can be silent and not show symptoms for a couple of years" and some ppl saying "symptoms appear 2-3 months after infection.  Please give me some advice, I NEED to know if he has cheated!!

You would not have chlamydia for 4 years and not know it. If he did cheat then it would probably have been in the past 1-2 years. If you do test positive I would suggest doing a 2nd test just to confirm because although false positives are rare they do happen. If you get 2 positive tests then ask your bf to test.

These test results are the only thing to tell you if he possibly cheated or not. And at this point I would not jump to conclusions.
