Possible Reinfection

Sunday I had unprotected sex with my ex gf like an idiot and immediately after i ejaculated i felt a great discomfort in my uretha. We had sex non stop for about a hr and i remember a couple of times when I inserted my penis in her vagina she was becoming dry and I felt some irritation in my uretha but once I began to stroke I guess I can say the irritation went away until I ejaculated (She claims that she hasnt had sex with anyone except me since the first time we had sex in late March and only had sex unprotected once which im about to state  until Sunday which made 2x) .Im bringing up Chlamydia as an issue because in  May we both got tested and Chlamydia came up positive with her but not for me. I went ahead and recived 1 dosage of antibiotics. Once again like a idiot we had sex about 1-2wks later unproteced and was fine. About a month later I had sex with a friend (after me and my ex broke up) and the condom broke and I immediately I pulled out and since that day I been feeling a discomfort in my uretha. I wouldnt describe it as painful but discomfort and I have experienced painful urination once before. The discomfort is random and comes at anytime and usual goes away for a minute after I urinate It can be anywhere from a slight shock to an almost burnful sensation (I've read that antibiotics had caused problems in someone who described the same discomfort I feel).I went to the doctor soon after and was told that wasnt a high risk of infection and shouldnt havent anything to worry about. The condom had broken a couple times with my ex also. Im wondering because me or her had not recived a retest to make sure we was completely cured or waited too shortly to have sex was we never cured. I know usually Std's take at least 24 hrs for symptoms to show and like I said i felt discomfort immediately afterwards the next day and today, but I guess I can say the discomfort has resided a little. Also weirdly the way my penis is laying affects the discomfort as I was just typing and i felt discomfort and I moved my penis and the discomfort stopped. Im in the process of being tested. 1st question I have is could this irritation be due to vigourous sex for about an 1hr? Two since we wasnt retested could this be an reinfection that I already had and/or she had and made the discomfort I had worse due to Clamydia (chlamydia)? To make that second question make more sense if I had chlamydia already could her having clamydia (chlamydia) also make my discomfort worse? Thanks.

Yes it could be from the sex...symptoms take at least 2 days and probably closer to 3-4 days to show.

Probably not reinfection. Test to know for sure but I don't think this would be chlamydia.
