Post Chlamydial Epididymitis problem

A month ago i was diagnosed with epididymitis (which was caused from chlamydia that was treated) and i was treated and have been off my meds for a week now. I noticed that after i urinate now it feels like there is urine stuck at the base of my penis and i have to push the area under my scrotum to get it all out and it feels uncomfortable. I was wondering what this could be from and if it is related to the epididymitis. Also, how long until i feel completely normal again after the epididymitis if it is related?
