Quick Question

I Was Diagnosed and Treated For Chlamydia, I had protected sex within the sex day period, and now i have kinda the same symptoms, its a little discharge, my question is can it return, from having sex within the 7 day period.

If sex was unprotected then yes, since it was protected probably not. Might be the body just expelling the bacteria. If no improvement in another week follow up with your Dr.
