Reading a urine test, Chlamydia

Can anyone help with telling me what this means? They are my husband's Urine MIcrobiology results, from which the doctor derived chlamydia and sent him off with a scrip. I've just spent the last few hours figuring out what all the words mean and what their respective levels may or may not indicate etc. After reading all that I have over the last few days and especially this evening, I don't understand how chlamydia seems more likely than a UTI? If anyone can shed some light I would be very appreciative.

These results could be consistent with an occult UTI, prostatitis, interstitial cystitis, calculus or neoplasm. PAP/PSA levels may assist to exclude underlying disease.

We can not interpet results here sorry. You would have to talk with his Dr or try posting in the expert forum...would have to pay to ask a question though.
