Reliability of chlamydia tests

Hi there. I had exposure to chlamydia a couple of months back. I had a urine test 22 days afterwards. When doing the test I missed a touch of the 1st stream. 3 days later results negative. Just to be sure I had a swab done. This is now 26 days afterwards. Reslutls negative. How accurate are these tests and could they have missed something?
I am still plagued by this. Anxiety? Maybe
But now have slight, very slight dull pain in my penis. No discharge no colour no blood. What could this be.

You've had 2 negatives, these test both the urine and the swab are extremely accurate, please let your anxiety go and be sure to wear a condom in the future.
