Dr. I got tested for gonorrhea and got treatment for it back in 2007. After about 18months now, I got a similar symptoms of pain during urination and a feeling of sore in my throat and still persisting. Please best advice

Were you positive for both throat and genital gonorrhea? Because if you only had it in your genital area, you would not get symptoms in your throat. Have you had unprotected sex again? Gonorrhea is very easily treated and you should have been cured with treatment. And you would have known before now if you still had it.
