STD's

If you do a pap smear will the results tell whether or not you have any STD's.

The pap can only tell you if you have abnormal cells on your cervix.  It can't tell you if you have any stds, unless other tests are done at the same time.

If you are wondering what you were tested for, just call your doc and ask.  They'll have records of all of it.

I agree with auntiejessi, a PAP is just for abnormal cells on the cervix and not STD.  You could have a normal pap and still have STD's.   You need to ask for the tests, they don't just give them to you w/o your permission.
