Scared - Need Help

About 2 months ago I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend at the time. She had previously told me she was diagnosed with Chlamydia but had taken antibiotics and was now clean. Me being in the moment proceeded and had sex with her. A few days later we broke up. After that I received oral sex from a different female. Everything was fine until about 3 weeks after when I had a discharge from my penis. I immediately went to my doctor and took a Urine test. They said I didn't have much to analyze in my urine and treated me with both antibiotics for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. All seemed fine for about a month until last week I woke up with another discharge and immediately went back to my doctor. After another Urine Test and still no positive findings they retreated me with the antibiotics from before. I've been very shaken up by this and am afraid I may have another issue. Today I am going for blood tests. Can anyone please reassure me or help me out.

With what? You have some negative tests so you don't have gonorrhea or chlamydia. Not sure what reassurance or what you are really looking for at this point. You really need to ask a question.

I feel sick and worn out. I have horrible stomach cramps and develop cold sweats. She is also sick now. And if im having discharges and am sick but come up negative for a not so serious STD Chlamydia I am worried there is a much more serious problem at hand.

I don't know. You have never tests so it is not one of those STD's. See a Dr/follow up, not sure what is going on.
