Std or Uti? Or something else.

Hello, I have been having some problems for the past three days. I have been with my girlfriend for 4 years now. She was a virgin before we meet and I had a few other sexual partners. Recently i have had itching in my penis and maybe a few drops total of what looks like discharge but its not any particular color. I have slight irritation when urinating but nothing painful. Ive always practiced safe sex until I met my current girlfriend. A few weeks ago, we had sex and i didnt use the restroom afterwards to discharge the remaining ejaculate or clean my penis. This happened a few times and now Ive noticed this problem. It hasn't gotten any worse or better. I try to live a clean lifestyle. I drink plenty of water and cranberry juice and eat a healthy diet. Could this be chlamydia or gonorrhea or a simple case of a UTI? Please let me know what you coulud tell me. THank you.

This could be anything from an STD.... I'm confused you say at the top you've been with your GF for 4 years and then you say you met a current GF... are you with someone new?

If you are with someone new and did not have protected sex you should get tested for all stds including Trich.  By the way living a "clean" lifestyle does not protected you against having an STD only condoms do.
